Orientation Program
Orientation programs are arranged for new employees for informing them about our company’s culture, organization structure and operation for ensuring their adaptation as soon as possible.
Performance Assessment
At the end of each year, the employee specifies business targets for the next year along with his/her manager through Individual Performance Assessment System and creates his/her personal development plans. The results of such assessments affect specifying wages, career and training planning.
